Cast Nylon Part

Cast Nylon Part is an extremely versatile thermoplastic resin. It can contribute significantly to weight and noise reduction, lubrication savings, and gear life extension and as an engineering material, cast nylon is highly resistant to impact, wear, and vibration. Cast Nylon Part is created by vertical, centrifugal and pressurized casting methods. Each process allows activated caprolactam to be poured into heated moulds, where an exothermic polymerisation process takes place.
